CONCERNING SECURITY ON OUR WEBSITE
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. Click on any of these section links to get to that section or product. To get back to our home page, just click on our store logo at the top of any page!

We have a "Site Map" button/link at the top right side of every page in this store. You can click on that link to see on one page, a complete alphabetical listing of all of our bag sections, with every bag in each section also displayed alphabetically as well. Of course, you can always use the back and forward buttons on your browser to get around as well. For a quick search to find a specific type of bag, just enter the word or words you think might be found in the bag name or description of the bag you are looking for. If we have it, you'll find it quickly using this tool.

The first pictures you see of our bags within any section are called the "thumbnail pictures." When you click on the thumbnail picture of any bag or link beneath it, you are taken to the product page for that bag, which has an even larger picture of that bag. To see the largest picture of any bag, just click on the picture again from the product page and if one is available, you'll see it then. To get back to the product/order page, just click on the "back button on your browser.

THE ORDERING PROCESS
There are 2 easy and secure ways for you to order your bags from BagsInABag.com! Place your order right here online using the Yahoo! secure server. When you place an online order you can rest assured that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. All you need to do when you see a bag that you would like to order is click the "Click Here To Order" button next to any product that that has one.

The order button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping and ready to order, to get back to your shopping basket just click on the See Your Order button.     Standard Shipping is INCLUDED on all orders that you want shipped to any one of the 50 United States. If for an additional charge, you would like your order shipped overnight just select that option when checking out and your expedited shipping cost will be determined automatically by the website, based on the quantity of bags being shipped.

    Most of our bags are usually shipped within 48 hours following the day you place your order. In this case, we use * U.S.P.S Priority Mail™* and average shipping time on these orders is 2-3 days from the date the order is shipped.

    We regret that at this time we can not accept orders that originate from - or - that are requested to be shipped to an address outside of the United States.

    RETURNS
    Returns will be processed and your account will be credited only upon adherence to the Product Return Guidelines below:

  • Please send an email to returns@BagsInABag.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to attempting to return any item. You must include the reason for your return of the product in your email.

  • We will send you back a return authorization (RA) number along with the address you should ship the return product to. The RA number ensures quick and efficient tracking and processing of the returned item.

  • Write the R.A. number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your original invoice, and return the package to the address shown above. We will not accept returns without an R.A. number.

  • All returned products must be in the original, new and undamaged condition and where it applies, must be contained it it's original packaging.

  • Re-pack or wrap the product carefully in a secure box to avoid damage during shipping and please be sure to insure the returned product for the full $$$ amount that you paid for it. We can not exchange or refund returned products that get lost or damaged during shipping.

  • If you return a product, you must pre-pay all shipping charges and you must ship the package to the address we provide. We can not accept returned packages sent C.O.D.; any such packages will be sent back to you by your shipping company.

  • We can only refund shipping costs for returned products if we were in error and shipped you the wrong product or if the product you received arrived in damaged condition.

  • All refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used to pay for the product.

  • Returned products must be received by us within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase and within 10 calendar days of the date an RA number is issued or the returned product will not be accepted.
